We have invested heavily in the latest Booking and Despatch Engine, Satelite Navigation, Global Positioning Tracking systems (GPS), and ISDN Telephony Systems. Below is a brief description of our Booking & Despatch Engine with built in Navigation.

ISDN Telephony System: When you call us, our computer system records your personal details such as Telephone number, Name & Pick Up address. The next time you call the computer recovers all the data stored with your call history such as name, address &Account details and makes it available to the telephonist. Customer confidence has grown, as we know who and where customers are. We also call back our customers when drivers reach at pick up address.

Net Despatch:
We use Latest Mobile Web Technology to despatch work to our drivers. All customer details are sent encrypted through GPRS and deciphered by the PDA's (O2 - XDAII ) in the vehicle. You will not hear the controllers shouting jobs over the radio, All Customer details including Name, Destination and Charge is Displayed on the PDA Screen. A good safety aspect is that Clients can see their name on the screen before they get in the car, so customers should not be getting into dodgy mini-cabs.

Global Positioning & Tracking Systems: We use Tom Tom Navigator for real time navigation. The Booking Engine not only Sends the destination co-ordinates to the datahead for Satelite Navigation but also tracks the vehicles and keeps a regular link with the server in the controle room, updating the status of booking sent to the driver such as On-Rout, Passenger On Board, Soon to Finish. With GPS on Board we are able to track all vehicles that are working at any one time. When we take new bookings, the computer is able to tell us which driver is the closest and offer an estimated pick up time, this ensures that we can remain honest and efficient.
